Heddon on the wall and the Tyne Riverside walk

A walk from Newburn, starting at the Tyne Riverside Country Park, up to Heddon On The Wall and through Close House golf course & nature reserve to Wylam; returning along the Keelman Way cycle route along the banks of the River Tyne.

This walk passes the birth place of George Stephenson and Close House golf course.

There was a landslip on the Keelman way cycle route but thankfully this has been repaired because this is a great walk.
