Walks in South Wales

This region is full of big green open spaces; at the centre are the rolling hills of the Brecon Beacons National Park, to the west is the breathtaking coastal scenery of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, and to the south are the Welsh Valleys, a group of industialised peri-urban Valleys. The Gower Peninsula and Monmouthshire are also AONB within this region. The main populus cities of Swansea and Cardiff, the Welsh Capital, are situated on the south coast.
